3. Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or education
  • Not post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
  • Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

4. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your company and job opportunities
  • Not post jobs that discriminate against applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law
  • Respond to job applications in a timely manner
  • Not use the Service to collect personal information for purposes other than hiring
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Not post fake job listings or misrepresent the nature of available positions

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that you own the Content or have the right to use it and grant us the license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JobFinder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
